If you are returning a product purchased within the last 30 days, please email hello@RenaSimone.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist.  We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.

 

Once your return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

 

All clearance and sale items are final sale.

 

Please note: We are unable to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.  Rena Simone does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.  Purchases made through unauthorized Rena Simone retailers do not qualify for refund or exchange.

We work closely with our carriers to make sure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. 

 

SHIPPING

We offer standard and expedited shipping options.  The cost is determined by our carriers and will be calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Standard shipping : 3-7 days

Expedited: 2-3 days.

We ship to all 50 states in the US.  Currently we do not ship outside of the US but stay tuned, that will change very soon!

 

PROCESSING

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 2-3 business days to receive and process your order.  Orders placed after 2pm EST will processed the next day.  Once your order is packaged and accepted by the carrier, you will receieve a shipment notification email and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

In some cases the carrier may take 1-2 days to register your shipment status.  If your tracking number is updating or working at all, please reach out ASAP to hello@RenaSimone.com and we'll get you the details.
